Begin by clicking the following link which will bring you to sign in /registration page. You will be prompted to enter your login credentials and password or register a new account.

 

 

Option A: Sign in with your Vendor Authorized Saved credentials.

Option B: For New Registrations, fill in required information, choose your password and be sure to check the Box “Apply to Become a Vendor?”

Choosing Option A will take you to your dashboard.

Choosing Option B will require you to add additional information for vendor approval.

 

 

Now that you are logged into the site as an Authorized Registered Vendor, you will want to access your dashboard to setup your features and add products. Click the drop down menu, then “click shop” to access your personal store.

 

 

Inside the profile dashboard there are several tabbed options.

First Row: Profile, Notifications, Messages, Groups, Store, Dashboard, Settings, etc…

Depending on which tab you choose, it’s possible there are more tabs in the second row.

Second Row:Products, Orders, Settings, Ratings, Coupons, Etc…..

The Profile tab is the Vendor – Manager / store administrator’s personal profile and is not related to the Stores Profile.

The Store Dashboard and the Sub tabs are important to setting up your store’s profile, adding products, checking orders, responding to ratings and adding coupons if you so desire.

 

 

When Adding Products, you will need to have these items ready to make the experience of adding products super easy.

To change your banner you will need to make a store banner using the following dimensions (1017 pixels-wide and 250 pixels-height at 72dpi resolution). A banner-template has been provided to help you meet the market.xchange site requirements.

Do’s and Dont’s

The only changes you are to make to the banner is add a photo and turn on and off the filter. Do not add any text to the banner, Do not remove, change size, or change color of the xBit Accepted here Logo. You can only reposition the logo!

To change your Icon you will need to make a Icon using the following dimensions  (150 pixels-wide and 150 pixels-height at 72dpi resolution). The market.xchange has the highest standards when setting photos for your products. When submitting your products they will be denied if specific requirements are not met. The dimensions of your store products are: (1200pixels-wide and 1200 pixels-height at 300dpi resolution). A product-template has been provided to help you meet the market.xchange site requirements.

Do’s & Dont’s

Do Not: Apply text to your product photos, do not use the following colors,

the minimum DPI must be 300dpi because of the zoom in feature, anything less could display something not desirable by the purchaser, the format must be .png, all products must have a transparent background or color of #f8f8f8 grey in color or #ffffff white color.

Be sure to allow plenty of spacing around your product image. Gutters should be set at .067 on all edges.

 

The market.xchange site uses xBit and is calculated using a Dollar to Euro to xBit formula.  Use the following Rate of Euro to Dollar to give your products the value you require for a person to make a purchase. The value must then be divide by 0.28 to give the final xBit Value.

Price of Euro: €1.16

Price of xBit: 0.28

 

$20 x €1.16 = €23.27

€23.27 / 0.28 xBit = 83.107143 xBit

83.107143 xBit is the price of the $20 Product

When setting up your products you must enter the handling and shipping cost of each product individually. If you do not charge either put (0) Zero. These should also be calculated using the Euro rates. xChange pays you the vendor 100% of your quoted shipping and handling for your products.

How Often do I get Paid my commissions?

Your commissions are built into our system and paid on completion of delivery of an order through a sale. You get paid when the vendor gets paid. All sales commissions pending and paid are in the vendor dashboard.

How long does it take to get product approvals?

It depends on the product. Some fall into categories that need additional research. However, generally you will get approval within 3 days.

If I order design services how long does it take?

We pride ourselves on a fast turnaround. Our staff are only to eager to assist you. Depending on the level of your needs we will get you up and online within a week

What does Hands on Mean?

“Hands-on” means you as a vendor will be doing ALL the posting, uploading and configuring for your market place store yourself

What does Hands off mean?

“Hands-off” means an affiliate of xChange will post, upload and configure everything you need to get your online market place store up and ready for sales. Also, they will continue to work with you.

Why are prices in Euro?

The entire blockchain and algorithm of xBit is built using Gold LMBA and the Euro, Using the Euro allows for faster transactions on the blockchain.

Who's responsible for shipping and insurance?

Shipping and Insurance is the domain of the Vendor. When you check out from the online store you will be directed to the shopping cart. All shipping options and details will be listed there.

Why are there prohibited colors ?

Aggressive colours can affect the eye flow on any web page and distort the imagery. We prefer muted colours. They are easier on the eyes and create a more pleasing shopping experience

What if I have product that have that non compliant colors?

Simple, redesign the colours of your product or change the product. We do not accept aggressive colours. Only other option is consult our design staff by ordering a support package here.

Can I add services as an Item?

You as a vendor can market your goods and services as long as xChange has approved them.

Do I need a store if I am listed in a directory of xBit accepted here?

You don’t need a store, but sales is about exposure: the greater you expose your goods and services the greater your sales should be. Give yourself the best chance at success: go big!
